- Company Details: Company name, registration number, GSTIN, PAN
- Contact Person: Name, designation, email address, phone number
- Business Address: Office address, manufacturing unit address, warehouse locations
b. Product & Catalog Data
- Product Information: Product names, specifications, certifications, ingredients
- Media Files: Product images, labels, usage instructions, technical documents (PDFs)
- Pricing: MRP, dealer price, wholesale price, availability details
c. Account and Login Information
- Credentials: Username and encrypted password
- Access Levels: Role-based user access (admin, sales manager, accounts, etc.)
- Activity Logs: Login history and actions performed within the app
d. Device and App Usage Data
- Device Information: Device type, OS version, language preference, IP address
- Usage Analytics: Feature usage patterns, time spent, session duration
- Technical Data: Crash reports, error logs, performance data
e. Location Data
- Precise GPS Location: Collected only when you grant permission and use location-based features

📱 Types of Location Data We Collect
- Precise GPS Location: Collected only when you explicitly grant permission and while actively using location-based features

- Registered Business Addresses: Office and manufacturing unit addresses provided during registration (not real-time location)
- Delivery/Service Areas: Geographic areas where you distribute products, as specified in your business profile

🤝 Location Data Sharing
- With Dealers/Distributors: When you request to connect, we share your city/region. We do not share precise GPS coordinates
- With Service Providers: Mapping and logistics partners require location data to provide routing and tracking services
- No Selling of Location Data: We do not sell your precise location data to any third party for advertising or marketing
- Aggregated Data: We may share anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g., number of manufacturers in a region) for industry insights
⚙️ Your Control Over Location Data
- Consent Required: Location access is collected only after your explicit opt-in consent
- Device Settings: Enable or disable location permissions anytime via Settings → Apps → KTF-M-Store → Permissions
- Withdrawal of Consent: If you withdraw consent, we stop collecting real-time location data immediately
